Yeah I did this 2 years ago when I was 220 lbs and I went down to 160. Took half a year tho..but it really does I just been so lazy about exercising its hard to find motivation. Easier at age 20 now im 22 T.T

All I had was salad and fat free crackers! Just need to eat fruit and a lil more here and there. I am nut nutrionist I tell you!
